Ensemble Travel Group has launched a new platform, OneConnect, that integrates its air, cruise and hotel booking programs (Aviate, Naviage and Hotel Express).

The program also offers agencies the flexibility to integrate technology they already use.

While members are not required to use OneConnect or any of the consortium’s offerings, they can opt in. With OneConnect, members can choose a Basic plan, which is a “pay as you go” format; a Business plan, with more customizable options; or a version that has full access to site customization. Ensemble does not release pricing information publicly.

OneConnect, Ensemble said, gives advisors the ability to access reservations across all sales channels with a single login. That includes GDS and supplier reservations.

“One of the main benefits of this new platform is the ability to incorporate members’ existing technology and content along with Ensemble’s supplier network and promotion in a customized and flexible platform,” the consortium said in a statement.

Ensemble CEO David Harris said that offering members flexibility based on their current technology was top of mind in introducing the new platform.

OneConnect also offers one-stop shopping and training across hotel, air, cruise and insurance; the ability to view and transfer bookings between advisors, and manage reservations no matter where they were booked; flexible, plug-and-play supplier content; the option to customize each member’s platform based on their needs; the creation of custom products, dynamic pricing and packages; and simple, consumer-friendly search tools enabling travelers to book or request quotes.

The OneConnect Service Center offers management of commissions and debit memos, payment tracking, and the ability to manage schedule changes, exchanges and cancellations, Ensemble said.

Ensemble has also integrated Bedsonline into OneConnect, offering advisors a portfolio of more than 180,000 hotels, 25,000 transfer routes and 18,000 activities in 185 countries.
