Accor has partnered with digital healthcare technology company X.labs to roll out Covid-19 testing at all its managed hotels across the U.S. and Canada.
Starting this month, guests at Accor-managed properties throughout the U.S. and Canada will be able to purchase X.labs’ PreCheck PCR testing kits on-property.

The kits include an FDA-approved Bluetooth smart thermometer and FDA-authorized Covid-19 self-collection diagnostic PCR test, which is able to provide results within 24 to 48 hours. The kit’s testing process also incorporates an app-based wellness and symptom survey.
PreCheck PCR testing kits can also be ordered for at-home testing prior to travel via a co-branded Accor and X.labs website. These tests are available at no cost for U.S. residents, through insurance providers or the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, the Health Care Enhancement Act and the Cares Act.

For group meetings and events at Accor-managed hotels in the U.S. and Canada, planners will be provided access to X.labs’ concierge services, through which they can coordinate at-home PreCheck diagnostic testing kits and/or on-site Covid-19 antigen rapid testing for attendees.
Planners can use X.labs’ real-time Ready app to track test results and confirm which guests have been cleared to attend an event.
According to Accor, all digital data collected by X.labs are HIPAA, SOC2 and GDPR compliant.
Accor’s portfolio comprises just under 40 hotel flags, including the Fairmont, Delano, SLS, Sofitel, MGallery, 21c Museum Hotels and Mondrian brands, among others.
